How long will my order take to arrive?
Once your order has been prepared and shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, Monday through Saturday. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Do you ship outside the United Kingdom?
At the moment, we ship only within the United Kingdom. This allows us to keep our service reliable and consistent. If this changes in the future, we’ll share the news with our customers first.

Is shipping really free?
Yes, it is. Every order includes free shipping, with no minimum spend or special conditions. We believe checkout should stay simple.

What if I need to return something?
If an item isn’t quite right, you have 60 days from the delivery date to request a return. Just email us at info@lorent-mode.com and we’ll walk you through the next steps.

When will I receive my refund?
After your return has been received and approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a little extra time to show on your account.
